The oldest sister, Diablita is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petite Sirah. She grabs your attention with her looks and great taste. Unpretentious enough to have with a pizza, she’s sufficiently elegant to accompany upscale fare like filet mignon.
The Diablita Red Wine is Rich and juicy blackberry, plum and black cherry flavors with an integrated band of French Oak. It has soft tannins and good balances, our Diablita goes well with grilled fare, like tri-tip and chicken, or by itself.
ZIN-A: Finally, there is Zin-a, a Zinfandel Diablita that is well built, juicy and delicious.
Don’t turn your back on this one--she will gently seduce you and leave you wanting more.
Zin-a has sweet aromas of blackberry, vanilla and toasted oak. The juicy black fruit flavors are balanced with good acidity and structure. Made from a blend of grapes from our Estate and the esteemed Bacigalupi vineyard, Zin-a (say “Zee-na”) tastes great and is an excellent value at this price.

2007 Diablita (Sonoma County) Rose
Rosa is a rosé, but not a sissy. She’s big and beautiful, ready to take on a summer meal, but soft enough for poolside pleasure. Her yummy flavor will linger on your palette for days.

The Diablita Blanca is a combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Cole Ranch Riesling, Viognier, and Semillon. You really get those peach, green apple and citrus hints on the nose, and the mouth also has terrific fruit flavors. A great wine for summer.
